You should not send any confidential information to NB until you have received a written agreement from NB to perform the legal services you request. Unless you have received such a written agreement, NB will not consider any correspondence you send NB to be confidential. Sending information to NB does not create an attorney-client relationship and will not prevent NB from representing an adverse party.
