Faced with a personally guaranteed, multi-year lease entered into at the height of the commercial real estate boom in downtown San Diego, NB Attorneys sued a prominent international hotel and property management chain for failing to live up to its own lease terms.

As a result of hard fought negotiations and the litigation pressure applied by NB attorneys, NB's clients were released from all obligations under the lease, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars over the life of the remaining term.  At the time, the lease terms were devastating the tenants' business in San Diego.
