On the prosecution side, N&B has litigated several "misappropriation of trade secret" cases, including a notably successful case against a large electronic component manufacturer. On the defense side, N&B recently represented two clients who left a company to work for a start-up competitor. N&B successfully defended its clients, obtaining a favorable court ruling, and ultimately negotiated a dismissal of the former employer’s claim.
